A little town called Arrowtown, half an hour from Queenstown, also known as the city of gold. Where a few years ago a shepherd named Jack the Maori, found gold in the Arrow River.
However, today Arrowtown lives on tourism and is elected by its old houses and especially Buckingham main street where all the shops and restaurants. The cold warranted eat some delicious hot pasta and I chose the restaurant Gibbston Valley to try some spaghetti with homemade sauce made with local eggs, ham and mushrooms.
To end the day, I could not leave without trying some Arrowtown Bakeryand decided to buy a brownie to accompany my walk through the parks, surrounded by high mountains, this very pretty and very small town in New Zealand.
